Client Information
The Cobb Justice Foundation is part of Legal Aid of Cobb County.  To be considered for representation through Cobb Justice, you must apply for legal services through Legal Aid.

How to Apply:

1.  Call the Legal Aid intake line at (770) 528-2565 Monday-Thursday between 9:00 A.M. and noon.

2.  Have a confidential intake interview over the phone with one of our intake staff.  You will have to answer questions about your household, your income, and your legal problem.

3.  Speak with a Legal Aid Staff Attorney, who will call you for your phone interview, typically the same business day.

Once you have completed the screening process, your case will be evaluated for possible representation.  Please note that while Legal Aid and Cobb Justice understand how important your legal problem is, we are unfortunately unable to help everyone.  Because of limited resources, we must carefully select the cases that are accepted by Legal Aid and Cobb Justice.

To be eligible to apply for our services, you must meet the following requirements:

1.  Be a current resident of Cobb County, Georgia or have a court case that must take place in Cobb County.

2. Have income that meets our guidelines.

3.  Have a legal issue that falls within our case priorities (click on "About Our Cases" for more information).

To apply for assistance, call Legal Aid of Cobb County:  770-528-2565

Application hours - Monday through Thursday 9:00 A.M. until 12 Noon.
