Are you seeking legal assistance?

If you are a victim of domestic/intimate partner violence or stalking and you are seeking a TPO in Cobb County, contact the YWCA/Cobb Superior Court TPO office at (770) 528-8024 for information on how to file your petition with the court. Once you have filed your petition, ask the TPO office for a Legal Aid Referral Form. You will then be contacted by someone in our office.

If you are are being threatened, harmed or are frightened of your spouse or intimate partner, call the Domestic Violence Crisis Line at (770) 427-3390.
